Aaron A. Mixon is a focused, self-directed attorney with a passionate commitment to providing excellent and unparalleled legal representation to his clientele base. He completed his Jurist Doctor at Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE in 2002, and he graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science at Lincoln University, Oxford, PA in 1999.
He has served as a Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable Brenda Frazier-Clemons in the Philadelphia Family Court of Common Pleas. He is one of the founding members and senior partner at Bailey Mixon Law firm which is a full service law firm with a concentration in personal injury, civil litigation, family law, estate planning and criminal defense. He is a Member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 2004.
For nearly 20+ years, Aaron started and managed his own private practice, gaining trial and litigation experience in various areas of law for thousands of clients, including pro bono work and representation for the indigent. His commitment to his clients and to the law continues to be exemplified through his vigorous representation both in and out of the courtroom.

Why do I need an Attorney?

The insurance company said I don’t need an attorney- is that true?
It is important to remember that your interests and the interests of the insurance company are not the same. The insurance company’s interest is in ensuring that you receive as little as possible. Do not deal with the company alone. What damages am I entitled to recover?
This will depend largely on the type of case and the damages sustained. Based on past case experiences we may be able to give you an estimate on what compensation you can expect.
What should I bring with me to my meeting with a lawyer?
You should bring all documents in your possession that are related to your injury. Your lawyer will collect a variety of information relating to your accident or injury, including facts about your medical treatment, others involved in the accident, potential witnesses, and more. During your meeting, we will make photocopies of all of your documents so that you can retain a copy for your records. We will also provide you with checklists for any other information that we may need from you.
